from 15:00 - Check-in
You’ll get your keys at the reception and can then get comfy with the place. In the shared kitchen, you’ll find coffee, tea, cold drinks, and snacks that you’re welcome to help yourself to all weekend.

18:00 to 21:00 - Dinner
To enable everyone to hang out on Friday evening, we’ve come up with the following plan: We’ll meet at the old theater in downtown Esbjerg. It’s been turned into this cool hall with food stands from around the world. We’ve booked the indoor beer garden cocktailbar SoHo for ourselves, which we can use from 18:00 to 21:00.
Update: As we had originally intended, we are now in the cocktail bar instead of the beer garden, as it has become available last minute!
If you’re arriving later, no worries! The place is set up so everyone can order their own food and drinks and pick them up pretty quickly. So, it’s not like everyone has to be there at the same time to eat together. We’ll be there during those hours, and you can just join whenever you feel like it. Besides the wedding guests, we’ve also invited a few more friends from around Esbjerg.
Just a heads up, food and drinks that night are on you.

If anyone’s coming without their own ride, we’re happy to help organize carpooling or can arrange for a van taxi so everyone can get to and from downtown smoothly 🚕
21:00 to 00:00 - Drinks and Live Music
If you’re still up for more after Street Food, keep the night going with a drink and/or a concert 🎵🍸
The annual Esbjerg Summer Fest kicks off that night, featuring live music at the market square just a few minutes’ walk from Street Food. We can split into smaller groups or stick together. (But don’t go too hard, tomorrow is the big day)

Saturday
08:00 to 10:00 - Breakfast
Breakfast is in the shared kitchen and included with your stay. Normally, breakfast is in the other building, but they’re prepping for the celebrations in the evening. So, you might have to wait a bit for a seat since the kitchen doesn’t have enough spots for everyone at once.

11:00 to 12:30 - Terlinden House Tour
We bought a house last year, and if you want, you can swing by during this time to see how we’re living now.
16:00 to ??:?? - The Reception
The exact program will be revealed when the party starts, but it’ll go something like this:
Snacks & drinks, chatting & activities, food & drinks, speeches, dessert, more drinks, dancing, partying, drinking, eating, drinking, and so on… 😁
Dinner will be about 2 hours after the welcome drink.

Sunday
10:00 to 12:00 - Breakfast
This time we get to enjoy a breakfast with everyone in the same room. Be aware that checkout is before breakfast is over, so make sure you clear out your room before you go to breakfast, if you intend to eat past 11:00.
